TO RECEIVE THE FOUNDATIONS LIST OF PRACTITIONERS
The Health & Wellness Foundation (formally The Foundation For
Light Therapy) has compiled a comprehensive list of
Alternative Practitioners throughout the United States and
worldwide. These practitioners utilize various alternative
therapies that have proven to be highly effective. They
include Light Therapy (Photoluminescence), Ozone and Oxidative
Medicine Therapies.
The Health & Wellness Foundation is a non-profit
501(c)(3)organization as designated by the Internal Revenue
Service.. The mission of the Foundation is to make these
therapies accessible to all, without regard to race, religion,
color or creed.
As a non-profit organization, the Foundation relies solely on
tax deductible donations to further its cause and mission.
The Foundation would be pleased to make this list available to
you for a
donation of $25.00. Larger donations are
welcomed.
- If you are paying online with
PayPal the list will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours
of payment confirmation from PayPal.
- If you are mailing your payment the list will be mailed
to you via USPS within 5 business days from the receipt of your
payment.
- For Priority Mail Service, please
add an additional $5.00 for shipping and handling.
- Your choice of doctors,
treatments and successes are always of interest to the
Foundation, so please communicate with us regarding your
results.
