My Esteemed Roberto:

I can't begin to describe the joy and satisfaction this great field of medicine has afforded me. Thanks to you and Bob I'm in the right field at the perfect time. For this I am eternally grateful. To begin we are currently testing 36 patients with various classifications as per CDC standards, which are Class: A, B, and chronic patients in Class C. We have an assortment of patients within these classifications, but 2 specific patients are in class C, which are near death. These 2 patients have been the pride and joy of our study since they are the ones which react most noticeably, clinically and with reductions in viral loads. These 2 patients presented with over 12 million in viral loads, 1 is at 3 million and the other at 2.5 million after only 2 treatment sessions. They also presented with a chronic case of eosinophlic dermatitis which included pus filled cysts and oozing. After 2 treatments all cysts and excoriations have dried up and they are well on their way to completely subsiding. The doctors, who have been treating these patients for the past 2 to 3 years with antibiotics and with no tangible results were amazed, so much so that they have incorporated themselves unto our team and are now, working with us. Every patient in the study has demonstrated a reduction in viral loads from 20 to 66%. Clinical betterment has been incredible. These patients were sent as spies by the different interest groups here to report any adverse effects so they could close us down due to the pressure from several pharmaceutical companies which have targeted our study, but it has backfired. Every patient has given positive testimony to their respective groups and to the media. The message is basically to butt out and to allow us to continue. This has then caused the Government to take notice and they sent in reps to evaluate us this week. Their recommendations were “this is the future for treating HIV in their country”! Initial results, reports and word of mouth are causing a ruckus to the point of madness. On Friday which is our day off we had 87 patients appear at the clinics door wanting to be included in our study. They came by themselves and from word of mouth. I truly never expected such a response. Only God has made this happen. As you can imagine my current partners are coming in this week to give me $250,000 just so I don't accept any outside money. As you and I have spoken in the past, this is not what I want. I've invited several potential investors to come here at the end of the month. I suggest you pull out all stops and see what you can do so I can get the Foundation more involved. I know if it were up to you and Bob you'd put up every penny to get in. This treatment really works so well and I'm just so amazed that I almost can't believe it myself. I can't think of any other way to thank all of you except to make you part of this. This is truly the break we've been waiting for. I love you old buzzards and it would hurt me dearly not to have you be more a part of this, since you were the ones that got me hooked. Give me someway or something I can sell to my shareholders to get the Foundation more involved. I'll call you guys this week after the storm so we can talk about it. Your friend, Dan.
