Robert

Life Insurance Company. Upon selling his interests, he has
been in the marketing and investment banking professions for
over 30 years. He was a featured speaker at many motivational
seminars and is well versed in all areas of nutrition and

William Campbell Douglass ll, MD. Dr. Douglass graduated from
the University of Rochester, the Miami School of Medicine
and the Naval School of Aviation and Space Medicine. He has
been named the National Health Federation’s “Doctor of the
Year”. Dr. Douglass comes from a distinguished family of physicians.
He is the fourth generation Douglass to practice medicine,
and his son is also a physician. Dr. Douglass has led a colorful,
rebellious, and crusading life. Not many physicians would
dare to put their professional reputations of the line as
many times as this courageous healer has. A vocal opponent
of “business-as usual” medicine, Dr. Douglass has championed
patients’ rights and physician commitment to wellness for
the past three decades. Dr. Douglass has worked at the Pasteur

LEONARD HAIMES, MD, F.A.S.B.P
Dr. Haimes received his
A.B. at Temple University, his MD at Hahnemann Medical
College, served his Internship at Kings County Hospital and
was a resident doctor of Internal Medicine at both the
University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Medicine and
Jackson Memorial Hospital.
He is a Graduate of the School of Aviation Medicine and
served as a Physician in the USAF.
Dr. Haimes has held numerous seminars and conferences
on Complementary Medicine, Supplementation and Nutrition. He
has written and co-authored many publications and developed
many protocols and supporting information in Nutritional
Therapy in Medical Practice.
Dr. Haimes is a radio host and has been a guest on many
radio and national TV shows.
Dr. Haimes is a Board Certified Naturopathic Physician,
has many Awards and Fellowships include Diplomate, National
Board of Medical Examiners of the USA, Diplomate, American
Society of Bariatric Physicians, Fellow, American Society of
Bariatric Physicians, Fellow, Royal Society of Health, Great
Britain, Fellow, International College of Applied Nutrition,
Fellow, American Geriatrics Society, and was Awarded
“Bariatrician of The Year”. Dr. Haimes founded an Alternative and Complementary Medical

Dr. Dillon received his B.A. from Georgetown University and
a Ph.D in History from Cornell University. A former academic
historian, Dr. Dillon applies to medical research various
techniques he devised while serving as an intelligence analyst
at the U.S. State Department. Among Dr. Dillon’s inventions
are the Solar 1 device and the Micromin device, which can
treat micronutrient deficiencies in developing countries and
help protect against heavy-metal toxicity. Upon early retirement,
he started Spectrum Bioscience, a medical device company that
works with Russian scientists on Biophotonic Therapy and Halotherapy
(aerosol salt therapy). Dr. Dillon has various scientific
findings and theories in pharmacology, neuroscience, and nutrition.
He has also devised a cognitive therapy of depression. His
books on medicine include “Apprentice To Paracelsus",
a study of drug specificity; “Healing Photons", a leading
study of UV Light Therapy that contains a full account of
German and Russian findings; and most recently "Close-to-Nature
Medicine", published by Scientia Press. He also works
as a consultant at The Center for Appropriate Technology on
nonproliferation projects involving Russian nuclear and biological
institutes.

MaryBeth McDonald earned a BA degree in Psychology at Boston
College and went on to study Food and Nutrition at Simmons
College. She became a Registered Dietitian and active member
of the American Dietetic Association (ADA) after completing a
Dietetic Internship at Mt. Auburn Hospital, Cambridge, MA (a
Harvard Medical School Affiliate); Ms. McDonald obtained her
Masters degree in Business Management from Lesley University
in Cambridge, MA and worked in both the private and public
sectors in Massachusetts for over 15 years. She is a
recognized expert in the field of Food and Nutrition and a
forerunner in the quest to combat Childhood Obesity. Ms.
McDonald maintains active memberships in The Florida Dietetic
Association (FDA) and American School Foodservice Association
(ASFSA). MaryBeth serves as Director of the Nutrition Advisory
Committee.

Robert A. DiStefano, DC, MS. Dr. DiStefano is a Doctor of
Chiropractic (DC), from Palmer Chiropractic College. He has a
Masters Degree in Human Nutrition (MS) from Bridgeport, CT.,
University. Robert is also a Board Certified Chiropractic
Sports Physician (CCSP), Certified Chiropractic Extremity
Practitioner (CCEP), Board Certified and recognized
Chiropractic Rehabilitation Doctor (RCRD). He is currently in
the final stages of earning his Diplomate in Rehabilitation
and is presently certified by NSCA as a Strength Conditioning
Specialist & Personal Trainer (CSCS), (NSCA-CPT). Robert is
currently enrolled and studying for his Degree as a Medical
Doctor.

B. D.
Smith, DDS. Dr. Smith earned his BS in 1974 from the North
Carolina State University and his DDS from UNC in 1978. From
1978 until 1998 he had a private practice in NC. Dr. Smith
began conducting extensive research into Ozone and its
numerous medical applications which has continued until the
present time. In 2000, Dr. Smith helped design and manufacture
the prototype of the PT2000 delivery device. Subsequently he
co-formulated and manufactured the substance Quinoxide for use
in selected international medical research facilities. In
addition, Dr. Smith also co-formulated the new generation of
Oxycyclene®, a super oxygenating compound. Dr. Smith currently
serves as Technical Director for Clinical Demonstrations in
Uganda.

Hanna
Strowman, MM, RD, LDN, principal in Foodlogics Consulting™,
provides FDA and USDA nutrition labeling regulatory services
to food and dietary supplement companies worldwide. Ms.
Strowman earned her BS in Food and Nutrition at Framingham
State College, Framingham, MA. She became a Registered
Dietitian after completing a clinical internship in Medical
Dietetics at Mt. Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, MA (a Harvard
Medical School Affiliate), then received her Master of Science
in Business Management from Cambridge College, Cambridge, MA,
with emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Planning She
is faculty at the University of Phoenix, teaching Human
Nutrition. Ms. Strowman maintains professional memberships in
the American Dietetic Association, Massachusetts Dietetic
Association and Institute of Food Technologists.

Andre J.
Boreque, resides in Belgium. Andre worked in areas of
International Projects, Financing, Development Program’s and
International Trade. In 1967 Andre was named Agent of the
Sporting Industry for the USSR providing equipment and
materials for the Olympic Games of 1968. From the early 70’s
Mr. Boreque was involved in projects in Senegal & Kenya with
the Sybertra & Stewin Group specializing in hotels, lodges,
airports, hospitals. He was the consultant for the Hilton
project in Dakar. He collaborated with Geoffreys Bank in
Madagascar with a project negotiated with President Ratzirak,
including Ezra Holding’s and Bechtel. He was active in Zaďre
working directly with President Mobutou for the “Plan Mobutou”.
In the 80’s Mr. Boreque was Advisor of SODETEG – THOMSON for
project with France and the USA represented by Past Lt.
Governor of Texas, Ben Barnes and Past Governor of Texas, John
Connally for various projects such as TGV Texas and SNCF with
Glenn Biggs. In the 90’s in Poland, Mr. Boreque was Senior
Vice President of PROMOCJA for projects in the city of Poznan,
Lotz, Terespol, with French Company’s Compagnie Generale de
Chauffe, SAE and other notable companies such as S.N.C.F and
Garonord, In addition Mr. Boreque has a very strong
association with Professor Richard Hauser of Social Planning
in London. They collaborated with projects in Guadeloupe. At
present, Andre’s interests are mainly in Humanitarian Projects
and will help represent the Health & Wellness Foundation
internationally.

Janett E. Matthew Pemberton, BA, MA, Arts D. Dr. Pemberton
received her BA and MA from Howard University and her Doctor
of Arts, (Literature, Teaching) from the Catholic University
of America. Mrs. Pemberton has been an Assistant Instructor at
Howard University, an instructor Bowie State College, a
Professor at Prince George’s Community College and a Guest
Lecturer at the Catholic University of America. Janett has
received the National Teaching Fellow Award from Bowie State
College, three teaching awards from the Catholic University, a
Community Leadership Award, the Distinguished Women’s Award,
An Outstanding Service & Achievement Award, WHO’s WHO of
American Women, Hall of Fame for Contributions in Education,
WHO’s WHO in the East, Medal of Honor (ABI) Board of Governors
(ABI) and is the Author of several Publications. Mrs.
Pemberton is currently involved in International Enterprises.
Mrs. Pemberton is currently involved in International
Enterprises and also serves as Co-Chairperson of the H&WF
Federal and State Grants Committee.

S. Macpherson Pemberton, BA, MA, Ph.D. Dr. Pemberton received
his BA from Howard University majoring in History and
Economics and graduating Magna Cum Laude. He received his MA
from the University of Alberta, Canada and his Ph.D from the
University of California, Berkeley and Harvard University,
Graduate Research Study (History and Economics). “Mac” taught
graduate courses at the University of Pittsburgh. He is the
recipient of the Fulbright Scholarship, Phi Beta Kappa,
Graduate Research Grant, Harvard University, Research Grant,
Carnegie Commission of the Future of Higher Education, the
Buhl Foundation Award, University of Pittsburgh and
Undergraduate Scholarships, Howard University. He is a Member,
Board of Governors, American Biographical Institute (ABI)
research Association, ABI Hall of Fame, WHO’s WHO in the East,
WHO’S WHO in American Education. Mac has published books and
several research papers. From 1973 until 1989 Mac worked with
the U.S. Department of Education, administering higher
education projects. Among other credits Mac served as Program
Officer for international education projects for the Office of
the Secretary and assisted in the development of policies for
the White House Initiative on Private Education. He currently
serves as VP of International Coordination, Oppenheimer
Remediation Services, Inc.

as Chairman of the H&WF Federal & State Grants Committee

Mr. Robert Dodson is a professional development officer
experienced in securing endowment/capital campaign
commitments, major gifts and planned giving initiatives for
the non-profit sector. Bob has served in the capacity of
advisor, strategist, solicitor, trainer and Managing Director
of charitable organizations for Christian and healthcare
entities across the US and Canada. He has formally directed 27
campaigns, collectively raising over half a billion dollars,
with a primary focus on development major gifts in excess of
$300 million. Additionally, Bob has consummated planned and
deferred gifts in excess of $24 million, utilizing various
annuity and trust instruments. He has developed charitable
initiatives with seven hospitals and medical centers, and
provided professional counsel for multiple religious
organizations at local, regional and national levels. He has
held memberships and served in executive capacities with
estate and planned giving councils and professional fund
raising trade associations. Bob serves as Chairman of the H&WF
Fund Raising Committee.
PAUL GEORGE BLANSHARD
Paul
Blanshard received his BA from the University of Western
Ontario in Social Anthropology. Paul is the founder of North American Bio-Fuels, Inc., a
company that specializes in a technology that enables
conversions of biomass and other hydrocarbon based feedstocks
into renewable energy. Paul has focused his marketing and development on the
continent of Africa due to the huge under age 30 population
and devastation caused by infectious diseases. Paul
recognizes that by producing energy which is in critical
supply from available waste biomass, plus contracting with
grown energy crops, will energize the economy at the
“farm-gate”. Paul
is the active Chairman of the Canadian and African Advisory
Board of the Health & Wellness Foundation.
