The
voyage of discovery for Covalent Silver Solution
begins in 1954. At the tender age of twelve, while
attending church services, the inventor (whose name has
been kept confidential) observed people receiving Holy
Communion. People infected with colds and other ailments

water and faxed the drawing to a trusted machinist in
Colorado Springs who machined several vital components.
After assembly, the reactor was taken to a friend in
Pueblo, Colorado who had well water that he knew was
chemical-free. He experimented with various water flow
rates and electrical settings, and then went to several
laboratories and universities attempting to generate
interest for testing, but was repeatedly told that
permanent suspension of a metal in water was impossible
and against the laws of physics.
In
1989, he traveled to an area in Venezuela swarming with
malarial mosquitoes genus Anopheles), with the intention
of proving his theories by purposely infecting himself
with a potentially fatal disease. Malaria is an
infectious disease characterized by cycles of chills,
fever, and sweating, caused by a protozoan of the genus
Plasmodium in red blood cells, which is transmitted to
humans by the bite of an infected female anopheles
mosquito. Without his wife's knowledge or consent, he
allowed several malarial mosquitoes to bite him and
transmit the malaria parasite. After the 21st day of
incubation he awoke a very sick man with extreme chills
and fever. He then admitted to his wife that he had
purposely infected himself with malaria, and asked her
to give him the weakest batch of Covalent Silver Solution. As anticipated his recovery began internally
within fifteen minutes, and astoundingly within several
hours he regained the strength to get out of bed and
swim in the pool. Later that evening he acquired the
strength to venture out with his wife for dinner and a
movie, as the symptoms of Malaria continued to retreat
and disappear. Continuing the treatment until completion
has enabled him to remain symptom free since that day in
1989.
The
inventor met with Richard Leatherwood, a researcher who
was attempting to market a device to disclose AIDS from
a drop blood. He began to theorize that Covalent Silver
Solution
might be a cure for AIDS. Mr. Leatherwood contacted Dr.
Diagne a professor of AIDS research at UCLA and sent him
samples of Covalent Silver
Solution. Seven months later Dr. Diagne reported
the results; Covalent Silver
Solution had successfully destroyed 30 million
diseased cultures, most of which were HIV/AIDS. In 1994
Mr. Leatherwood took samples of Covalent Silver Solution to Dr. Panza with Genesis-West Provida, Mexico
for testing in vitro and in vivo for cancer patients.
During a 21-day testing period, Dr. Panza and his group
made a five and a half hour video filmed through an
electron microscope, showing the destruction of
parasites and yeast fungus in the blood. Dr. Diagne at
UCLA had tested Covalent Silver
Solution in the clinical laboratory on cultures,
while Dr. Panza worked with humans and on diseased
cultures in a clinical laboratory. In 1998, Dr. Carr in
Belize began testing on humans, his primary aim being to

Cancer
has afflicted humans throughout recorded history. It is
no surprise that from the dawn of history doctors have
written about cancer. Some of the earliest evidence of
cancer is found among fossilized bone tumors, human
mummies in ancient Egypt, and ancient manuscripts. Bone
remains of mummies have revealed growths suggestive of
the bone cancer, osteosarcoma. In other cases, bony

Cancer
develops when cells in a part of the body begin to grow
out of control. Although there are many kinds of cancer,

the person becomes an adult. After that, cells in most
parts of the body divide only to replace worn-out or

normal cells. Instead of dying, they outlive normal

cells often travel to other parts of the body where they
begin to grow and replace normal tissue. This process,

cancer, not liver cancer..
Cancer
cells develop because of damage to DNA. This substance
is in every cell and directs all its activities. Most of
the time when DNA becomes damaged the body is able to
repair it. In cancer cells, the damaged DNA is not
repaired. People can inherit damaged DNA, which accounts
for inherited cancers. Many times though, a person's DNA
becomes damaged by exposure to something in the
environment, like smoking.
Cancer
usually forms as a solid tumor. Some cancers, like
leukemia, do not form tumors. Instead, these cancer
cells involve the blood and blood-forming organs and
circulate through other tissues where they grow. Not all
tumors are cancerous. Benign (non-cancerous) tumors do
not spread to other parts of the body (metastasise) and,
with very rare exceptions, are not life threatening.
Different types of cancer can behave very differently.
For example, lung cancer and breast cancer are very

Human Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a disease

Peripheral Blood Lymphocytes Infected with HIV_1 JRCFS.
Acquired Human Immune-Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a
disease which targets and depletes the body's T helper
cells. It is caused by the Human Immunodeficiency Virus
type 1 (HIV_1). Viral load, as measured in Peripheral
Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) cultures, have been
shown to correlate with early disease progression and
loss of CD4 cells. Similarly suppression of viral
replication by an antiretroviral agent in Vitro is a
clear indication that such an agent could be a potential
candidate for treatment of HIV_1 infection.
In
this experiment, PHA stimulated PBLs infected with HIV_1
JRCSF were treated with BA-273 agent. Supernatants were
harvested on day 4 and day 7 tested for P24, to evaluate
the inhibitory effect of BA-273 agent on the virus.
Peripheral Blood Lymphocytes from a normal donor were
stimulated in a PHA containing medium for 72 hours.
Cells were washed in RPMI 1640 serum free, re-suspended
in a growth medium (RPMI+20% PBS and 10 units/ml IL_2).
Cells were counted.

million cells were inoculated with HIV_1 JRCSF, at a
dose of 10ng P24 virus/ 10 million cells. Add 15ul
polybrene. Incubate at 37 degrees Celsius, for two
hours.
Wash
2* in serum-free RPMI Re-suspend in growth medium at a
density of one million cells/ml. Distribute in a 24-well
plate: 1 ml cell suspension per well. Add BA-273 agent
at different concentrations in triplicate wells. Use the
first three wells as controls.
On
day 4, culture was microscopically observed, the cells
all looked healthy. There appeared to be no negative
reaction due to the addition of BA-273 at any
concentration: 10ul, 20ul, 40ul, 80ul, 160ul, or 200ul.
Cells in control wells looked no different from those in
treated well, indicating a positive dose response. BA-
273 has not affected the conditions of the cells. On day
7, cells were microscopically examined again and similar
observations were made as on day 4. ( Covalent Silver Solution had successfully destroyed 30 million diseased
cultures, most of which were HIV/AIDS).

These
are the results from testing Water Treatment BA559.
Reported are the mean number of nematodes present in a
sample with a standard deviation in parentheses. BA-559
was poured the equivalent of 1-acre-inch into 3-inch
plastic pots containing soil with a naturally occurring
population of nematodes and two additional species of
nematodes were added to the soil. Three pots were
treated while three pots with an equivalent amount of
tap water served as experimental controls. After 24
hours the living nematodes were extracted from 60cm3
soil samples from each pot. Note that BA-559 killed both
the plant parasitic nematode (Radolphus similis) and the
insect parasitic nematode (Steinernema sp.). BA-559 had
no effect on non-parasitic nematodes.

Covalent Silver Solution (BA-273) has an anti-parasitic
condition property in vivo and in vitro. Target cells
decreased in number during the study. This parasitic
condition not only decreased after the first dose, but
also eventually disappeared. The parasitic condition
corresponded to the Somatid Cycle, where it was seen to
reverse from a pathogenic to a non-pathogenic cycle.
BA-273 has no effect on red blood cells. The presence of
parasitic forms in the plasma and bacterial activity
presented the patient on arrival was (+++) which, after
the first dose, decreased to (+) and then decreased to
0. This means a decrease and then a complete elimination
of the parasitic condition. Target cells were seen with
(+++) in the second sample taken and decreased to (+).
The presence of pathogenic Somatids at the beginning of
the study varied from rod to mycelial and asci forms.
These were corrected by the second dose of BA- 273
(Cure4). It is important to record the patient was
completing a course of antibiotics. However, there is no
relationship between the diminishing of pathogenic forms
and the use of antibiotics, but there is a decrease when
714x is used. In this case the patient had already
started the 714x program. 714x typically shows changes
within the first 21-day cycle. This case demonstrates
that there could be a potentiator effect of Cure4 to
714x. The amount of nonpathogenic Somatids was zero at
the beginning, and starting to increase with the
presence of the double spores that were in the limit of
becoming pathogenic, just prior to the second dose. This
pattern was stable until the end of the study. Further
investigations must be made.
The
yeast/fungus was present at all times in large amounts
(+++), with pathogenic forms. The pathogenicity was
determined by the presence of large colonies five
minutes after taking the blood sample. These differed
from the results of the invitro samples, where all the
fungus was phagocytised, as previously discussed. The
presence of fungus is related to the pH of the plasma,
nutrition habits, and immune system activity. The
cellular immune system activity was low as was the white
cell proportion, with a predominance of neutrophils and
eosinophils in the first reading. This slowly improved
starting with better proportions of white cells and
continuing with better activity. This level of activity
was sustained until the end of the study. This
corresponds to the in vitro analysis. It can therefore
be assumed that there is an immune stimulating response
action from Cure4 both in the in-vitro and in-vivo
experiment. During the study with BA-273 there was a
decrease in liver stress. This was seen by a reduction
of the fibrin spicules. The patient did not receive any
liver protectors, therefore BA-273 has a liver protector
effect. The high cholesterol observed in the beginning
of the study showed a sudden decrease immediately after
the second dose of BA-273, from (+++) to (+) in a period
of less than a month.
GOAL:
Project goal is to eliminate HIV within all systems of
the body and to prevent its transmission.

results, as detected through countrywide screening.
